Our approach
What you confirm at each stage
The project owner confirms business facts, offer terms and publication materials. Development discussions cover page structure, layouts and working journeys. The scope is defined before implementation.
WORKING TOGETHER
Clear decisions. Shared understanding.
Questions about structure, appearance and behaviour are addressed at the relevant stage. Changes to the original task are discussed separately.
Purpose before pixels
We first establish what a visitor needs to know and what they should be able to do.
Decisions in context
You check the meaning and completeness of information while we explain how pages are organised. Feedback is considered against the agreed task so a new feature is not confused with a layout adjustment.
Check the real journeys
We review pages, links and forms, and check how the content reads and works on a phone.
A considered handover
Before completion, we list the files and access being handed over and clarify who updates content. Ongoing support is not included automatically.
Agreement in stages
Materials, questions and feedback are discussed online. You can start with the task; content examples and existing constraints help define the website. Communication and approval arrangements are agreed together.
What we agree before and after launch
The client’s goal determines the structure. Before development, define the main journey, materials and acceptance criteria: the pages and actions that should work in the agreed release.
- Structure and prototype
- Give every section a customer question and a next step. A prototype sets out the information before choosing colours and imagery.
- Responsive design and testing
- On smaller screens, check reading, navigation, forms and errors. A complete journey matters more than an attractive opening screen alone.
- Launch preparation
- Agree access, domain, hosting, checks and responsibility for content. Define the handover inventory and publication process in advance.
- Support with a defined scope
- Updates, fixes and new features can be discussed separately. Backup frequency, monitoring and restoration arrangements follow the working terms.
Collaboration in Moldova can take place remotely. In-person meetings are possible by prior arrangement, with the location, format and purpose agreed in advance. This does not imply a public office or permanent walk-in availability.
Responsibility for your project

- The objective and scope are recorded before development.
